Team DOVETAIL is a racquetball team composed of professional and amateur players from North America, South America and Ireland.  The team was founded in 2021 with its first professional player, Rocky Carson of Ladera Ranch, CA.  Rocky is a five-time international Racquetball Federation (IRF) World Champion in Men's Singles.  He has been the season-ending #1 player twice on the International Racquetball Tour (IRT).  He also holds many National and Outdoor Racquetball Championships. 

 

     Team DOVETAIL has since grown with additional professional players and junior players.  Mike Kinkin developed this team concept to make a difference in the Racquetball community and create a supportive environment within this individual sport.  With our team motto, "Stronger Together" we hope to achieve individual success through accountability, coaching, and financial support that may not otherwise be there.  Team DOVETAIL aspires to inspire!
