Racquetball may be played one person at a time, but no player grows alone. Team DOVETAIL brings players together to learn from one another, compete with purpose, and support the next generation of the sport.

We believe every player deserves a place to belong and people who want to see them succeed. Our team connects developing athletes with experienced players who can offer mentorship, encouragement, and honest guidance—on and off the court.
We’re here to help players grow in skill and confidence, celebrate each other’s progress, and give back to the racquetball community.
How It Began
Team DOVETAIL began in 2021 with the signing of Rocky Carson, a five-time IRF World Champion. What started with a commitment to supporting players has grown into a team spanning North America, South America, and Ireland.
Our players bring different backgrounds and goals to the court. What unites them is a willingness to work hard, share what they’ve learned, and lift each other up.
